Description

RoyPow lithium trolling motor batteries are charged with the original charger. The charger is chosen by battery model: for the B1250A it charges at 25 A, for the B12100A at 30 A and for the B24100H at 30 A.

It talks to the battery over a CAN link (BMS) and watches its temperature. It can wake a battery that has gone to sleep, and while charging it does not let the equipment on the battery start. Its software is updated through a USB port.

The case is aluminium, rated IP66, measures 282 × 166 × 100 mm and weighs 4 kg.
