Description

Riptide Fortrex is a bow-mount trolling motor from Minn Kota's Riptide saltwater line. It gives 80 lb (36 kg) of thrust at 24 V, and the shaft is 52 or 62 inches (132 or 157 cm) long.

The mount is extruded aluminium in a single-arm (mono-arm) design, and the motor is steered with a foot pedal through a steering cable. 24 V takes two 12 V batteries wired in series.

The Riptide models are built for salt water.
