Description

Edge is a bow-mount trolling motor for smaller boats, steered by a foot pedal through a cable. It comes with a 45 inch (114 cm) shaft and 55 lb (25 kg) of thrust at 12 V or 70 lb (32 kg) at 24 V.

The pedal steers heel-toe and has a speed wheel plus momentary and constant-on buttons. An indicator on the motor head shows which way the motor points. The mount is extruded, anodised aluminium with a Latch & Door that holds the stowed motor and makes removal easy.

It is rated for fresh water; for the sea, Minn Kota makes the Riptide models.
