Description

The XM 9 HW MSI T is a transom transducer with MEGA Side Imaging+, MEGA Down Imaging+ and Dual Spectrum CHIRP 2D sonar. Side and Down Imaging run at 455 kHz, 800 kHz and MEGA+, and CHIRP covers 150–220 kHz. A water temperature sensor is built in.

It is the transducer that comes with HELIX MEGA SI+ units (HELIX 8, 9, 10 and 12 G3N and G4N and the HELIX 15 G4N) and connects to them with a type 9 connector. On those units it delivers all three views.

Side Imaging at 455 kHz is rated to a 244 m swath, Down Imaging to 122 m and 2D sonar to 365 m. The cable is 6.1 m long; EC M10 and EC M30 extension cables cover longer runs. With the 9 M SIDB Y cable, a separate 2D transducer can share the same unit.
