Description
The MKA-21 lets a bow-mount motor come off the boat quickly and go back on just as fast. It is not for 112 lb (51 kg) motors or shafts of 72" (183 cm) and longer; those take the MKA-53. For salt water there is the Riptide version, RTA-17.
The composite construction is strong and resists corrosion. With the motor off, only a low base stays on the deck. The locking handle has stainless-steel pins and takes a padlock, which is not included.
